Death Toll on Costa Concordia Rises to 13, Missing Remains at 20
As a follow-up to my numerous previous postings on the the running aground of the Costa Concordia, Italian authorities have reported that the death toll has now risen to thirteen, while the number of the missing remain at 20.
I retired from the US State Department in April 2006, after a career as a special agent, Regional Security Officer, director of training, chief investigator of the Cyprus Missing Persons Program, director of security of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and as a senior adviser in the Office of Anti-Terrorism Assistance.
