Update: Canadian, 35, Murdered in Sinaloa

As a follow-up to my earlier posting on yesterday's shooting of Canadian citizen Salid Abdulacis Sabas, 35, some additional information has been developed:

What is now known is that the victim was 35 years of age, of Middle Eastern ethnicity and carried three passports, US, Canadian and Iraq. He also was found with a large quantity of cash and three mobile phones, which suggests that this was not a robbery, but very possibly a crime of retribution.

At this point, local police are reaching out to the governments who issued his passports as well as Mexico's bureau chief for INTERPOL, for additional information.
