COMMENT: With few exceptions, the majority of the above nations tend to be predominantly developed nations, which tend to be responsive to the complaints of tourists and business travelers.

Those that are not developed nations tend to be uniquely enlightened in the interest of attracting tourists from abroad and protecting foreign travelers.

The downside is that considering that there are roughly 196 countries worldwide, only 34 have international crime compensation programs.
