According to EFE, Spanish consulting firm Vincle Internacional said it planned to open an office in Perú in 2015, expanding its presence in Latin America, where it set up an operation in Colombia this year.
Vincle Internacional, founded by Juan Manuel Recio, has been working with large consumer products and pharmaceutical companies, including Danone, Puig, Damm, Nutrexpa, Isdin and Nestle Health Science, for more than 20 years to improve their operations.
The company, which has offices in Barcelona, Madrid and Cadiz, opened its Bogotá office in May, launching its international expansion.
Vincle plans to use the Bogotá office to cultivate business in Colombia and across Latin America, turning it into a regional operations center.
COMMENT: The consulting firm’s goal is to expand its presence in the region by opening an office next year in Perú, Hector Recio, the son of the company’s founder and a Vincle executive, said in an interview with EFE.
The two offices will allow Vincle Internacional to enter the Brazilian, Argentine and Chilean markets, among others, taking advantage of the tremendous growth opportunities in Latin America.
Vincle Internacional posted revenues of 5 million euros ($6.47 million) in 2013 and hopes to boost revenues to 6 million euros ($7,7 million) this year and 8 million euros ($10.3 million) within three years, Recio said.
